What's the Hollar: Communications strategy, creative direction, copy punch-up and design for direct mail, email, landing page and social posts.
As Softdocs had pivoted from in-person to virtual events, we strategized a way to engage with users of competing products to show how Etrieve by Softdocs was a better solution for them. The course of action was a three-day forum with sessions across topics. The communications strategy way “take a break with Softdocs” and “break away” from your old legacy solution (ImageNow/Perceptive Content). We began with sending direct mail with a complimentary coffee card to our list of users of competing products, and then followed up with emails and social media posts that directed readers to our landing page where they could learn more, register for sessions and get a free travel tumbler to go with that coffee card.
